How does shipping work?

Eme-té will deliver products from our warehouses in the U.S or from the Seller warehouses around the world.

Suppose your order has products from different brands, and these are in different warehouses. In that case, Your products will arrive in separate packages and at different times.

The "Shipping & Returns" Tap in the product will show you information about where the order will be shipped, the delivery times, and taxes or duties information you need to be aware of.

Can track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply click on your tracking link on that email to view the up to date tracking.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the package.

Eme-té has no control over these charges. We can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Why my order have been returned to Eme-té?

If your order has been returned to Eme-té by one of our delivery partners, it’s likely to be for one of the following reasons:

- The parcel was refused.
- Our delivery partner was unable to access the address after several attempts.
- Customs payments were not made
- The delivery address was incomplete.

We’re sorry your order hasn’t made it to you.

We recommend placing a new order to a delivery address that is easily accessible to our delivery partners.

Why some of my products take too long to arrive?

While most items are shipped out within 48 hours and delivered within a week, few products will take longer to arrive.


- Pre-Sale or Pre-Order Products:
These are unreleased collections products; the times are set by the official release date of the brand.

You will secure your products, and you will be the first to receive it.


- In production
There are best sellers products that sometimes get out of stock but will be in production for a few weeks.

These products will take a little longer for arrived, but we will ship as soon it's ready.Why some of my products take too long to arrive?

How do I return something to you?

It’s super, super easy. Visit our Return Center to start your return. You’ll need the email address associated with your purchase, or order number and shipping zip code — your choice. Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label, also sent to your email.

What are the cost of returns a Product?

- Shipping costs to and from you are not included in the refund, this will be deducted.

- Import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable

Can I make an exchange?

Yes! For exchanges, simply follow the same steps outlined above and choose your preferred item after selecting the item you’ll be sending back.

Can I return items I've bought with a Store Credit / Voucher?

Yes!
Your right to return an item is exactly the same regardless of whether you bought it with a store credit, gift voucher, a payment card, or a combination of the two.

Order Issues

I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

We're sorry there's an item missing from your order. Before contacting our Customer Care team, we recommend checking the following:

- We may have sent your items in separate parcels, so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

- The item/s you ordered may have been out of stock. It's worth checking your emails (including your junk/spam) to see if we've sent you an email about this.

- If you've placed multiple orders within a few days of each other that qualify for free delivery and are being shipped to the same delivery address, your orders may be have been combined and split across multiple parcels.

- Pre-Orders, TrunkShows, In Production Productos can take longer to arrive. You can see this information on the product page.

If non of the above situations it is related to your order, please send us an email support@eme-te.com with all the information, and we will get back to you in the next 48 hours.

I've received a faulty item, what should I do?

Sorry about that! After starting your return, select ‘Damage item’ under ‘reason for return’, and proceed through the exchange. Your preferred item will ship to you right away!
