Order processing takes place during regular business hours, Monday through Friday (9 am - 5 pm EST).
Orders received after 4 pm will begin being processed the following business day.
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Pre-order items will be delivered to you as soon as they’re available.
As soon as your pre-ordered pieces have been sent, you'll receive an email with the tracking details so you know when to expect them.
We will inform you if there is an extra shipping time on the "Shipping & Return" tab on each product.
We ship from various locations, domestically and internationally, and shipping times depend on each location.
- From the U.S.: 2 to 7 business days.
- From outside of the U.S.: 7 to 14 business days.
Suppose a package can't be delivered due to a shipping address entered incorrectly. In that case, we are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur to reroute or reship the package.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide. Eme-té cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays, failed payment approval, weather-related delays, or events outside of our control. However, we will try to minimize any potential delays.
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase, followed by an email with a tracking number. You can check the status here.
If you order from multiple Eme-té partners or warehouses, please keep in mind that your items will arrive separately.
- Orders from our warehouse or partners inside the U.S. will have a cost of $4.99 per shipment.
- Orders from Europe will have a cost from $10 to $20 per shipment.
- Orders from Canada will have a cost from $5 to $20 per shipment.
- Orders from Australia will have a cost from $20 to $30 per shipment.
- Orders from Mexico will have a cost from $20 to $39.99 per shipment.
- Orders from the Middle East will have a cost of $40 per shipment.
- Orders from the rest of the world will have a cost of $40 per shipment.
If you make an order from two different warehouses, you'll have to pay for two separate shipments.

TAXES & DUITIES
U.S. (DOMESTIC ORDERS)
In light of a recent Supreme Court decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. and applicable state laws, certain states now require e-commerce marketplaces to collect and remit sales tax regardless of whether or not the marketplace has a physical presence in such a state. We are now required to comply with applicable laws in certain states requiring us to collect and remit sales and use tax on your behalf.
We will estimate the applicable sales tax based on the delivery address entered at checkout. The estimated tax amount displayed may be updated when your order is finalized and completed.

For international orders, you, the customers, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
We are not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies, and it is not our responsibility to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pick up and payment is taken care of.
Suppose you neglect to pay the duties or pick up your package. In that case, we will not refund the charge of any extra incurring costs, like the return shipping or any local duties that may arise in the return process.
Final Sale - International Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders outside of the U.S.
